Consumer information

Whom to contact if you have a complaint, what deadlines we keep, and which alternative dispute resolution routes are open to you.

1. Who provides the service

The Eva-Accounting service is provided by CESIRO TRADING SRL, tax ID 37705493, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under J01/685/2017 (EUID ROONRC.J1/685/2017), registered office at Str. Theodor Pallady 5, Alba Iulia, jud. Alba, România, email [email protected], service address https://acc.eva-org.com.

The full identification details are repeated at the bottom of this page, as required by Romanian e-commerce legislation (Law no. 365/2002) and consumer information rules (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014).

2. Eva-Accounting is a service for professionals

The platform is intended for accounting practices, companies and self-employed professionals, for their business activity. Normally the contract is concluded between two professionals, and consumer protection rules do not apply.

If you nevertheless contract the service as a consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade or profession), you additionally have the rights set out below, which cannot be restricted by the Terms of Service.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

  • As a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without giving a reason and without penalty.
  • Withdrawal is communicated by an unequivocal statement sent to [email protected]; refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same means of payment.
  • If you expressly ask us to begin performance before the 14 days expire and the service is fully performed within that period, the right of withdrawal lapses under Article 16 of GEO no. 34/2014; if performance has begun but is not complete, you owe an amount proportionate to what was supplied up to the withdrawal.

4. Complaints — first of all, to us

  • Send your complaint to [email protected], stating the company name, the account address (subdomain) and a description of the problem.
  • We acknowledge receipt within 2 working days and answer on the merits within 30 calendar days at the latest.
  • If our answer does not satisfy you, the routes under points 5 and 6 are open to you.

5. The Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC)

The ADR procedure is voluntary for the trader and free or low-cost for the consumer. It does not restrict your right to bring the matter before the courts.

7. Prices, invoicing and conformity

  • Prices are quoted in Romanian lei; VAT is added as required by law, and the total payable is shown before the order is confirmed.
  • The service is invoiced per subscription period; the invoice is issued electronically and remains available in your account.
  • Conformity of digital services is governed by GEO no. 141/2021: if the service does not conform to what we promised, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, to a price reduction or to termination, under the conditions of the law.

8. Data protection and security

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; our obligations towards customers who entrust us with third-party data are in the Article 28 GDPR processing agreement. Complaints about personal data go to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), not to ANPC — its address is in the privacy policy.
